How much does a Basement Building Permit cost?
The following is an estimation guide of the fees payable to the City of Toronto(*) to get a Basement Building Permit approved. Calculations are based on a construction of 100 m2 and would have to be prorated according to the extension of your project. Official fees will be charged by the city taking into account all the project’s specs.

Which Basement Building Permit do I need?
Finished Basement Permit
